B&B Timetable

check-in: from 09.00 to 23.00.

check-out: before 10.00 of the living day.

External Guest

The access to the B&B is reserved only to the guest registered. It is not allowed to introduce in the structure other person (friend, parents, etcetera).

All the person not registered will be invited to leave the structure.

Travel with PET (cat, dog, etcetera)

The structure is not equipped to host animals

Goods Responsibility

Each room has a door with key. However Maranto B&B decline the responsibility for the goods left in the rooms or in the common areas of the B&B. The guest are invited to not leave their goods in the B&B.

Invoice and receipt

According to the Italian laws, a Bed and Breakfast it is not assimilated to a trade (business, company). So it does not have a VAT number (accountancy) and can not issue invoices.

Following the stay in the B&B, we will issue a non fiscal receipt that can be useful for people who travel for work in order to be refunded of the fee.

Is is forbidden to smoke in each part of the B&B
